Flexibility
Travel anytime you choose to any of our destinations. The club is designed to serve both those who like to plan in advance and those who like to getaway on short notice. To ensure availability, we do not rent our homes to non-members and we manage the residence portfolio so the homes are unused at least one-third of the time. You tell us where and when you want to go and we make it happen for you.

Consider it done. If you like, we will prepare a personal vacation itinerary, stock the fridge with your favorite items, and make reservations for dining, golf, or spa treatments. Once you arrive, we handle all of your daily requests - even arrange for a private in-residence chef or plan a once-in-a-lifetime adventure for your kids. Just to make sure you relax, we provide complimentary housekeeping everywhere. No detail is overlooked - we will even arrange a private jet to get you there.

Becoming a Member
To access the entire portfolio and enjoy all of the services of Island Partners Club, members pay a one-time Membership Fee (80% refundable) of $275,000 to join the club and Annual Dues that range from $10,000 to $50,000.
Annual Dues are based on five flexible Usage Plans to best meet members ever-changing travel needs and vacation lifestyle. Best of all, because our members are accustomed to flexible travel options, they may change their elected Usage Plan each year.
Additionally, club members may use residences in excess of their Usage Plan at a flat, discounted rate per night.
